I didin't expect the effect of steroid would be so strong until these two days. It has kept me wide awake in 3:37. Even though I took a sleeping pill, tring to suppress the effect, I am still sleepless and restless...

Funny, isn't it. I take steroid in order to decrease the autoimmue attack on myself, but it keeps me restless, which in turn makes myself weaker to fight against the autoimmune attack. How to put an end to this vicious cycle is my next question for the doc.
